Accommodation at Ballagan Farm Bed and Breakfast

Blackwatch:

Blackwatch is a very spacious room with double bed and a traditional “blackwatch” tartan carpet. This room could sleep up to three people if required with enough space for a z-bed to be placed. The bathroom for this room is fully tiled with a state of the art shower cubicle with built in radio. This shower cubicle can be used as a steam room and helps relax your stresses away. There is also a WC, wash basin with mounted mirror and heated towel radiator.

In the room itself there are added luxuries with a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV with built-in DVD player, rocking chair, wardrobe and dresser.

Royal Stewart:

Our Royal Stewart room includes a King size bed and is very spacious - sleeping up to three people. Decorated perfectly, this room has “Royal Stewart” tartan carpet. Again in this room we have a TV with built-in DVD player, wardrobe, dresser, tea and coffee making facilities and small fridge. We are very proud of this room because we feel the furniture is authentic and compliments what we are trying to achieve.

The bathroom for this room is fully tiled with a state of the art shower cubicle with built in radio. This shower cubicle can be used as a steam room and helps relax your stresses away. There is also a WC, wash basin with mounted mirror and heated towel radiator.

Ballagan:

Ballagan is a small cottage style room. It sleeps up to three people with a King size bed. This is our only room that has its very own kitchen with all the amenities, including fridge, cooking facilities, dining table and fitted cupboards. Again this room has a TV with built-in DVD player and wardrobe and small sofa.

The bathroom in this room is fully tiled with bath and electric shower. It has a WC and wash basin with mounted mirror on the wall.

Each of our rooms is situated in our courtyard and you do not need to walk through the main house at any point. This is also the case with the breakfast eating area which has already attracted many compliments together with the rooms. With each of the rooms being in the courtyard we have been able to build decking outside each room to give our guests a perfect area for seating and relaxation.
